Startup Pitches session (24th February) - How does it work?


If you would like to showcase your innovative solutions, there are two options you can register for:

1. Solution pitch and poster for the Startup Pitches session: When registering for the event, you can choose if you would like to give a 2-minute pitch about your innovative solution and present the solution also at the session in more detail (please see below).

2. Poster presentation for the Startup pitches session: When registering for the event, you can also choose if you would like to have a spot where to present your innovative solution through a poster at the venue. In that case, we would reserve a spot for your poster or roll-up.

We would ask you to please be present at this exhibition point during this session to explain your solution to interested participants.

For both options, some details about the innovative solution you would like to present will be asked in the registration form.

Spots are limited to 10 pitches and approximately 20 posters. The confirmation for pitches & posters/only posters will be sent in the week of 10th February 2025. In the confirmation email, you will also receive further details about this session and templates.

Onsite matchmaking session (25th February) - How does it work?


During registration, participants will be asked to select one of the 2025 Top 5 priorities in MedTech that can be materialize in Horizon Europe proposals. During the matchmaking session on February 25th, participants with complementary interests will be grouped to share common ideas and brainstorm potential Horizon Europe proposals related to their selected topic. Each group will be chaired by a Horizon Europe expert from the organizing committee.

This session is a unique opportunity to network with like-minded professionals, exchange innovative ideas, and lay the groundwork for future collaborative projects. We encourage all participants to actively contribute and make the most of this collaborative experience.

Online matchmaking meetings (26th February - 25th March) - How do they work?


Here is the agenda for the process of conducting online meetings:

13th January - 17th FebruaryRegister - Publish a marketplace item with your organizational focus and your collaboration wishes.
13th January - 25th March
  • Send meeting requests to selected participants.
  • Accept or decline meetings requests received from other participants.
  • Schedule your online meetings for a month period after the event when accepting meeting requests
26th February - 25th MarchHold your online meetings


Steps for the online matchmaking meetings


1) Registration

Register via the Register button on the "Home" page.


    2) Publish a marketplace to showcase your needs

    Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others.

    Your profile should describe who you are, what you offer/search in relation to the 2025 Top 5 priorities in MedTech (under project cooperation) and who you want to meet.

    A good profile will significantly generate more meetings.


    3) Browse and schedule your meetings profiles of attendees

    Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. 

    Accept or decline meeting requests received from other participants.

    Schedule your meetings. You can choose a time-slot when accepting a meeting and know immediately when it will take place.

    Unanswered (pending) meeting requests will not be scheduled.


    4) Start your meetings afther the event

    Enjoy a month of fruitful meetings with like-minded peers.
